Everything went well. Same day appointment. Technician Levi Jones was knowledgeable and very helpful. Made us aware of what the problems were, and possible solutions. Would recommend him to everyone .

Totally impressed with Hometown Hereos! From Andrew at the initial estimate visit and with Tyler who was the install person for the furnace. Nicholas set the air conditioner but had to go to another job so it was all Tyler that finished both the furnace and the Air. He was there until 8pm Friday night and made sure everything was good. I would recommend Hometown Heros so anyone! Tyler and Nicholas were also very courteous and respectful. I totally give 5 stars!

Glad to have regular maintenance checks. They found I needed my a/c coil cleaned and some pipe to my furnace was needing cleaned out. Plus, they did some plumbing issues with my kitchen sink and replaced the old cast iron pipe. Great bunch of guys! Very thorough in their job and explaining to me. Hometown Heroes will always be the business I call and use. You should too!

10/28/2025– I reviewed before and can’t find a place to leave a new review, but as before I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Levi at Hometown Heroes. I had my furnace check up and he thoroughly checked everything and I feel very comfortable with running my furnace this winter. My furnace stopped working at midnight on New Year’s Eve. I called this company the next morning and Andrew, one of the owners, drove back five hours from Iowa and was determining the problem by early afternoon. Very happy with his knowledge of heating and air conditioning and commitment to service.
Very thorough A/C maintenance on both our units. Informed me on what he was doing and what you expect. Also explained to me some additional information on our new system installed back in 2024.
Levi was kind, informative, thorough, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and advised of the solution. He is very professional and I highly recommend him and HomeTown Heroes!
