I had some plumbing repair done. Caleb was great explaining everything he was going to do. He did not push me to have things that I could wait to have fixed later. He gave an estimate on things that I would like to do later.
Rob was great, he was here right on time and was respectful of our home. He gave me a few recommendations that would solve the issue we are having with our dyer ventilation. Rob did a great job installing our new vent right where he said it would be done, which was on our 2nd floor, through my attic, and out the roof. Also done in the amount of time he said it would be. Very helpful and much appreciated. I would strongly recommend.

When another company told us we’d have to spend an excessive amount of money to fix a supposed plumbing issue, we went looking for second opinions and Hometown Heroes was one of the companies we reached out to. Caleb and Steve came and cleared our drain out without issue. We were so relieved to find out that our supposed issue was not actually an issue at all.
