I had my first experience with Hometown Hero recently, and I am absolutely blown away by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Initially, a technician came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue. However, it turned out the problem wasn't fully resolved. Most companies would make you wait, but Hometown Hero was incredible! They immediately sent another technician out the very same day to try and resolve it. When the issue still persisted, they didn't hesitate. They sent a third technician—the original one—out first thing the next morning. This technician was persistent, highly skilled, and finally got the problem 100% resolved. The best part? Even with the multiple visits over two days, I was only charged the initial, single fee. There were no extra charges for the follow-up visits, which truly shows their integrity and dedication to fixing the problem correctly. From diagnosis to final fix, their service was top-notch, professional, and honest. I highly recommend Hometown Hero and will be calling them for all my future needs! Little late to the party here. Hired Hometown to replace a faulty gas valve in our furnace in September. Service was exceptional! Andrew came out for the initial call and was professional and easy to talk to. Steve did the repair and was also professional and easy to talk to. Experience was great. I called this morning for someone to come check my furnace because my house is freezing. I think my furnace has stopped working...He checked everything out and explained the problem. He showed the pic to me. I ask to see almost everything else and a lot of whys and what ifs. He explained it all to me with a very personable attitude. They will be installing a brand new heating system TODAY. I am so satisfied because it's freezing cold and colder tonight. Saturday emergency call. Arrived a short time later, had the part in his van, fixed and ready to cool again. First snow of the year and the furnace quit. Levi showed up within a couple of hours, drove to the next town to get the part and my house is warm again!
Justin came ot my house and once in and ready quickly diagnosed the problem. With in a short amount of time fixed the issue. And since then we've not had the alert or alarms on the system.
I had Andrew come out once before. I was impressed with how nice he was. I thought I might use him to do some work on my furnace ducts. He said the bid I got was fair and he would probably have to charge me more. Honest and very nice.
