The two guys from Hometown Hero’s did a thorough job. They showed me before and after pictures of he ducts and I was impressed. I will definitely do more business with them.

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and great service.

Lloyd did a great job, however I asked for a detailed receipt and he did not give me that. He doesn’t even mention that he replaced the circuit board. I will be asking for a more detailed receipt. I also think that Hometown hero’s is waayyy overpriced. After calling other companies, I found that I could have had the same work done for half the price. I won’t be calling them again.

Rob was great, he was here right on time and was respectful of our home. He gave me a few recommendations that would solve the issue we are having with our dyer ventilation, a spent the time explaining each thoroughly.

Lloyd was great!!! Of course our furnace went out on a Saturday night. Lloyd was on a call but reached out to see if he could troubleshoot. Unfortunately, he had to come on Sunday and we needed a new board. He wired the furnace to run continuously for heat overnight. He returned on Monday with the board and we have been warm since. Thanks Lloyd and Hometown Heros!

Hometown Heroes have been our go to for at least 4 jobs we’ve had done in the past year! Steve, Caleb, Justice and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and great problem solvers (especially on our old home). Their communication is great and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

Caleb arrived at the scheduled time. Did an excellent job to install the new water heater and left the area cleaner than what it was when he showed up. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with all of the questions he was asked. I have recommended Caleb, Justice and Steve to my family and coworkers. They truly are the "heroes" when you need someone who knows what they are doing!!

This was our initial time using Hometown Heroes. I am not only impressed with my new HVAC company, but I was thrilled to have Levi inspect our heating system. I found Levi to be extremely knowledgeable, quite thorough, and an absolute joy to work with. He shared information as to simple ways I can help my system work more efficiently as well as alterations we can make to or Furnace to make things better in the future. They have been very good for cleaning and maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace. The technicians are thoughtful and thorough when checking things to make sure everything is running smoothly. Also they give suggestions but are not pushy about items that are optional. Levi and Eric were both helpful in getting the maintenance done on my systems and giving suggestions on things that may need to be addressed.

Steve and Caleb were awesome. We had a huge problem and they stayed till things were opened up. Thank you guys.

Jose and Tyler were very professional and nice! They explained what they were going to do and what smells to expect turning on the new furnance. Tyler showed me how to change the filter and when to change it along with programming the new thermostat. I highly recommend them and this company!

Lloyd went above and beyond investigating the mystery noise. He wasn’t going to be denied. Respectful of my time and property. He worked hard to find and repair the problem with no additional charge since the last tech was not able to isolate the problem and I had already paid for a service call.
