We had stellar customer service from Andrew our technician. He was very through in helping us find out if we had an issue and helped us appropriately address our issue without trying to sell us products or services we didn’t need. We appreciated his diligence as well as his ability to explain things in a way we could understand. We will definitely be using hometown again!

Levi Jones arrived soon after 8, completed the AC maintenance and gave me complete peace of mind about my older system. I signed up for their maintenance plan. Very reasonable.

I believe it was Brian who came out and installed my Humidifier, which was not hooked up correctly and full of mold! I had Caleb come in and check out my plumbing and will have him come back to fix a gas line that the gas company taped off for a "slight" leak. Great job guys! I'm glad I found your company!!

2.10.2025. Justice and Caleb came out today to solve an odd pluming issue which resulted in water leaking from my ceiling. Justice took his time to evaluate the issue, communicate what he thought, work to minimize the impact to my house. They did a fantastic job. They were so professional, patient, and I felt listened to. I utilize Hometown Heroes for heating and cooling and because I had such great service with them I called for the plumbing service. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them for heating, cooling and plumbing. DW I had great service and would recommend Hometown Hero’s for their excellent customer service, timely response, pricing, efficient service. I left a call on Saturday not expecting to get a call until Monday. I got a call within 30 minutes from Josh. He was friendly and thorough. Told me he’d have someone out between 12 and 1 pm. Joe called me a little after 12 and said he was on his way and will be there in 20 minutes. Joe was efficient, thorough and and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, explained what he did, explained what I needed to prevent further damage, gave me pricing and discounts. Joe amazing.

Eric helped me unload my mulch while he was waiting for his gauge to measure the pressure in my system. Heroes indeed. Edit: Two years later: There was a bit of a hiccup on my recent service call. It was super cold at the technician, probably in a bit of a hurry, misdiagnosed my furnace. I caught the error and pointed it out to them. That was, of course, a rather frustrating experience for both of us. Nonetheless, I was impressed with the way they handled the situation. They admitted the error, took the charges off my account, and gave me a special price on the parts for fixing the real problem. Everyone makes mistakes, but they went above and beyond to make it right.

Fast response on a Sunday when the temp was 10 degrees. We actually caused a fuse to blow replacing humidifier on furnace. They figured it out quick and even helped us with the humidifier. Great job and experience with Andrew.

Had a motor replaced on heating unit. On time, great communication, answered every question I had, and showed me the broken part he replaced. He was done in just under an hour even though he had very little space to work with under the house. Definitely will be keeping the number handy for any future issues or just maintenance. Highly suggest you do the same if you're in the area.

They have been very good for cleaning and maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace. The technicians are thoughtful and thorough when checking things to make sure everything is running smoothly. Also they give suggestions but are not pushy about items that are optional.

Steve has helped us with a few plumbing projects around the house. I appreciate the fact that Steve is able to quickly diagnose any problems and does not try to sell us something we don’t need.
