Levi was kind, informative, thorough, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and advised of the solution. He is very professional and I highly recommend him and HomeTown Heroes!

Tyler was professional, courteous, thorough. He discovered the issue with my HVAC system, cleaned plenums off, reconnected some wired tangled mess to ensure good connections! The work required a parts order & two visits. the work was done in the attic where the heater & system fan are located. Thank you

I wanted to provide feedback on the service I was provided yesterday during my appointment with Levi. Levi was amazing, friendly, his troubleshooting abilities and explanations as he went through testing various points in the system. I've had many visits with HVAC techs and Levi is above and beyond skills wise, any of the other techs I have interfaced with. He is worth his weight in gold! I will be requesting that Levi be my tech from here on out and only want Hometown Hero's as my HVAC provider. I was so impressed with Levi, that we signed up for multiple unit maintenance service with Hometown Hero's!
Getting ready to take a trip and the heat wasn’t turning on. Levi came over first thing in the morning and removed the large mouse nest to fix the problem. He’s a great gut to work with!

2.10.2025. Justice and Caleb came out today to solve an odd pluming issue which resulted in water leaking from my ceiling. Justice took his time to evaluate the issue, communicate what he thought, work to minimize the impact to my house. They did a fantastic job. They were so professional, patient, and I felt listened to. I utilize Hometown Heroes for heating and cooling and because I had such great service with them I called for the plumbing service. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend them for heating, cooling and plumbing. DW I had great service and would recommend Hometown Hero’s for their excellent customer service, timely response, pricing, efficient service. I left a call on Saturday not expecting to get a call until Monday. I got a call within 30 minutes from Josh. He was friendly and thorough. Told me he’d have someone out between 12 and 1 pm. Joe called me a little after 12 and said he was on his way and will be there in 20 minutes. Joe was efficient, thorough and and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue, explained what he did, explained what I needed to prevent further damage, gave me pricing and discounts. Joe amazing.

Caleb was super friendly and did a great job. He knew I worked from home and had a call in an hour that I couldn’t miss. He was in and out quickly but didn’t sacrifice quality. I also love that they text you before the appointment the name of who is coming along with a picture so you know who to expect will be at your door.

They have been easy to work with and very professional. Levi came to the house and was very personable, knowledgable and took time to answer my kids questions about dinosaurs.
Caleb repaired our leaky tub faucet. He ran into an issue with a shut off valve and repaired that as well. He walked me through the processes and cost and we are good to go.
A parade of contractors from other companies (yes, multiple) failed to fix a leaking toilet, even causing additional damage to the pipes inside the wall. Caleb and Hometown Heroes reset the toilet perfectly, located the pipe leak in the wall and fixed that as well. Price was extremely considerate given all the previous hassle. Thanks for putting an end to this mess!
