​I had my first experience with Hometown Hero recently, and I am absolutely blown away by their commitment to customer satisfaction. ​Initially, a technician came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue. However, it turned out the problem wasn't fully resolved. Most companies would make you wait, but Hometown Hero was incredible! They immediately sent another technician out the very same day to try and resolve it. ​When the issue still persisted, they didn't hesitate. They sent a third technician—the original one—out first thing the next morning. This technician was persistent, highly skilled, and finally got the problem 100% resolved. ​The best part? Even with the multiple visits over two days, I was only charged the initial, single fee. There were no extra charges for the follow-up visits, which truly shows their integrity and dedication to fixing the problem correctly. From diagnosis to final fix, their service was top-notch, professional, and honest. I highly recommend Hometown Hero and will be calling them for all my future needs! ​Would you like me to make any specific changes to this review, or maybe focus on a particular aspect more strongly? ​

What seemed like a short and simple job at first became a long and drawn out ordeal with much trial and error. Professionalism was maintained and the task was eventually completed after managerial back up was called in. The job was a leaking shower. It took roughly 6 hours to finally get it done. Works fine now.

We purchased two Amana S-Series systems from Hometown Hero’s in April 2023 (a 3-ton 96% and a 4-ton 96%) for our home. Since installation, we’ve had ongoing issues with uneven temperatures. Some rooms run noticeably warmer or colder, and the airflow has never been balanced properly. Last week, water leaked from a duct and dripped directly onto my husband’s commercial laser machine (which is a large part of his business income). They came out to fix the issue today, but after they left, the main floor heat stopped working, which is extremely frustrating. I have 2 littles (including one infant) and having a cold home is beyond unacceptable. For the amount we invested, we expected reliable systems. We’re really hoping for a thorough, long-term fix and better attention to detail moving forward.

Little late to the party here. Hired Hometown to replace a faulty gas valve in our furnace in September. Service was exceptional! Andrew came out for the initial call and was professional and easy to talk to. Steve did the repair and was also professional and easy to talk to. Will definitely be using them for all future service calls!

Tino, Tyler, and the install team from hometown heroes did a fantastic job setting me up with a new hvac system. My old system was 20+ years old and beginning to crack and become a risk to my family. They we respectful, considerate, and professional while installing. I will definitely be bringing my business back to hometown heroes

Experience was great. I called this morning for someone to come check my furnace because my house is freezing. I think my furnace has stopped working...He checked everything out and explained the problem. He showed the pic to me. I ask to see almost everything else and a lot of whys and what ifs. He explained it all to me with a very personable attitude. They will be installing a brand new heating system TODAY. I am so satisfied because it's freezing cold and colder tonight. Thank you Installation went well. They started and finished in a timely manner. Both guys were friendly. They had no problems. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
