This was our initial time using Hometown Heroes. I am not only impressed with my new HVAC company, but I was thrilled to have Levi inspect our heating system. He shared information as to simple ways I can help my system work more efficiently as well as alterations we can make to or Furnace to make things better in the future. Good communication, on time. No complaints, They fixed my furnace and heat pump which were not working on the same day i called. They also came back quickly for an unrelated problem and diagnosed and fixed it .

Jose and Tyler were very professional and nice! They explained what they were going to do and what smells to expect turning on the new furnance. Tyler showed me how to change the filter and when to change it along with programming the new thermostat. I highly recommend them and this company!
