The gentleman that worked on my furnace was extremely professional and versed in the work he performed. He arrived exactly on time despite the fact that there was severe weather in the area I live. I was told the work would take 1-2 hours but he had the part installed and working in about 45 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the gentleman and the work he did.
